About us The beginnings of AAC Inc reach back into the mid 1970's when Peter J.CESNIK,the owner and the CEO of the Aurora Australis Consulting Inc. was the Secretary of Trans-Australia Airlines (TAA) Ski Club. For the members of his Club he organized trips (mainly snow skiing) to Europe where he originally comes from. As you know, Trans-Australia Airlines changed its name to Australian Airlines and in the mid 1990 merged with Qantas Airways. The familiarity of travel industry and the knowledge of Europe (Peter is native of Slovenia, one of 25 member states of European Union) make him well qualified person to creatine a variety of trips  for a variety of people in varied fields of recreational activities. He is semi retired now and commutes between Australia and Europe. And if you look at Slovenia from the overall point of view: Slovenia is like a sendwich. It is small, compact, nice and tasty. Once you have tasted it, you keep coming back for more....

Alpine Trekking The Slovenian Alps are unique. On the west of Slovenia they are linked to the Italian Dolomites. We organize summer or winter treks in the eastern Dolomites and Julian Alps (named after Julius Caesar). Some of the treks are escorted by professional guides, some you can safely undertake by yourself. We also organize the membership in the Slovene Mountaineering Association and thus you enjoy all the benefits of the local mountaineers . The benefits amongst other things such as discounted accommodation in the mountain huts and lodges include also a full insurance cver incorporating any rescue or evacuation from the mountains if such need does arise.

Boating, canoeing, rafting, kite boarding and canyoning. Slovenia is known for its canoeing and kayaking. The variety of lakes and rivers as well as its position on the Adriatic sea provides ample opportunities for the challenges and thrills of white water canoeing and rafting. There are sea kayaking adventures through the canals of Venice or a five day sea kayaking safari along the Croatian Adriatic coast. And not to forget the wild, wild water rafting in Montenegro…On the other hand you can charter a sailing boat and sail through the Adriatic all the way to Greece…

Winter Sports Slovenia and the Dolomites part of eastern Italy are known for excellent skiing .The skiing terrain and resorts offer a variety of choices.
